At the onset that State of Jammu and Kashmir is a state where security measures matters a lot. I think e-governance projects have not taken pace in most of the states yet as desired. This will also result in IT security initiatives to go up and also budget for that will increase. At the end I would like to make it clear that more and more awareness campaigns are needed to have a proper safe and secure IT environment.
