The industry is not getting the right fit for their requirements. It feels that only 10 per cent students are employable. When a student is employed but ends up dissatisfied with his/her job, it becomes a problem cycle. The academia can provide well-grounded students to the industry. He gave the example of Andhra Pradesh, where they have more than 600 engineering colleges in the state. Video conferencing facilities, videos and learning in many in 7 colleges in 7 districts have been conducted by them and they have converted entire engineering learning into e-learning, both for students and teachers.
