According to Mr. Ghosh., Agriculture Insurance Co. of India Ltd., has a unique concept of farm insurance that has around 2.5 crore farm holdings insured with them. Further, he added that the goal of their company is to obtain a huge database of information comprising weather, crops and other agrarian data.
