Mr. Khullar speaker expressed his ideas on Financial Inclusion under PMJDY to be a successful only when the accounts will be not in a dormant state. As a long number of accounts open should be have some money in them to keep those accounts active and sustainable. DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) as means to transfer government subsidy money into PMJDY accounts let them those accounts to be active.
