In his address at #elets #eIndia2014 summit, Mr. Loknath Behera described about Kerala’s police’s intelligent transport system, where ICT is used by the department to the hilt. In the state now a smart card type driving licence similar to a credit card is with an embedded information on it. The driving license even now is conducted on computer aided simulated environment.
