So, customer satisfaction index varies from user to user and we have always been working for improvement. At NIC, we have developed a cooperative core banking solution for cooperative banks. As per RBI guidelines, this is an in-house developed solution implemented at various states like Andhra Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Meghalaya, Punjab and Rajasthan.
