WHEN wE TALK of Jharkhand, our main focus is to impart government services to the people electronically and in an efficient way. All our efforts are e-centric. For the past 22 months, focus has been on e governance and building out an ITbased ecosystem.î ìWe also want to develop industries based on IT including startups, BPO industry etc. We are going to increase focus on the IT development. We have signed MoUs with companies like Cisco and Oracle for the IT development. We are targeting around 15,000 students who will be given special IT skills to enhance their employability.î
