The UP government has distributed 14,35,315 laptops till now. This doesn’t include the laptops they plan to give out this year. They are actually enabling students through these devices. The message which the state government is trying to give by recruiting more teachers and ‘Shiksha Mitra’ at schools is that education quality needs to be improved at every level.
