Regardless of whether they live in a rural or metropolitan region, every kid must have the right to an education”, stated Dr B Kalyan Chakravarthy, IAS, Principal Secretary, Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship Department, Government of Assam, at the 16th Elets School Leadership Summit in Guwahati.
