IT in healthcare is having their own challenges and technology and adopters don’t go hand in hand. It is really difficult to make the community of healthcare learn about the usage of technology as they are mostly under pressure all the time. We need to give them time and space to learn. When you work in busy environment it is difficult to learn technology. Place should be properly fit for the purpose to perform the job. IT is important which enhance the efficiency but people efficiency is far more important aspects to think about. Providing right environment in healthcare is the need of an hour.
