She is MBBS from AIIMS, New Delhi and served in rural areas of Haryana. She has seen the ground realities in healthcare from a doctor’s perspective and realized that health is multidimensional and there is a lot that needs to be done in community medicine and public health. She believes an IAS provides immense opportunities to bring changes in the health sector through NHM, medical education, etc.
