Electronic Health Record (EHR) and e consent form are pain points in any hospitals. Most of the doctors feel comfortable writing down prescription rather than using any kind of software or tech-enabled solutions. If some technology can convert paper written script to type format then that would be helpful for doctors. In our hospital, doctors pen down notes for the patients and same notes go into pharmacy, and patients’ records. It’s basically an automated transcription.
