She look after overall coordination with ANMs, Medical Officer In-Charge, Block Level Health Officials, Electorate Members, Community, Local Leaders, PHCs and Sub Centers staffs and WISH officials for smooth operations of the PHCs and SCs and ensure the health care service as per the Government of Rajasthan norms at Richa PHC in Dugarpur district.

Ensuring effective and efficient coordination with ANMs for RMNCH+A and National programs and improvement in health care facilities. She has also been Awarded by District Collector for best health care services deliverable as best health worker in Dugarpur district on the occasion of Independence .
